"I was very confused on what type of rug pads I needed for my rugs on hardwood floors. I called Rug Pad Corner and spoke with Sam. Not only was he kind enough to listen to my every concern, he also knew quite a bit about the types of rugs and floor that I had. This put me at ease and he recommended the Superior felt jute rug pad. He told me since my rugs were larger and did not have a slipping issue, that this was the best rug pad for my use. I ordered them and received them within 3 days. To my surprise, since he knew I was so concerned about my decision, Sam called me once he knew FedEx had delivered my rug pads and asked if all was well. "I rarely order anything online. I placed my order on the Rug Pad Corner website and left for work. That evening, when I came home and checked email, I saw two order confirmations for my order. I guess I submitted the order twice! Then, I also saw an email from Dan at Rug Pad Corner stating that he noticed the order come through twice so he canceled one order and made sure I wouldn't be charged for it. "I ordered four rug pads and discovered that I ordered the wrong type! Purely my mistake and as hesitant as I was to call Rug Pad Corner, I still did. Sam heard my embarrassment and told me not to worry. he said that if I was not happy, then he is not happy and he will do what it takes to fix it. Since shipping was free to receive the pads, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer yet he sent me prepaid return labels by email at much less than what I would have had to pay. And, before they even received my returned pads, they immediately sent me the replacement ones. I was amazed at such service and this will leave a long lasting image in my mind. "A week after my order was placed, I tracked it with the tracking number sent to me. The FedEx system had no information on it so I called FedEx. They told me that the package was "lost" yet the were confident they will find it. They filed for a trace on the package and told me they would have an answer in a week. I emailed Rug Pad Corner with this news and within minutes, I received a return email from Luis. He had already contacted FedEx and was told the same thing. He then emailed me and said that this FedEx loss should not be my problem. They cut another pad that afternoon, shipped it to me and sent me the new tracking number. I couldn't have been more thankful! The rug pad arrived in 2 days and apparently Luis was watching the FedEx system because that afternoon I received one more email from him informing me that the FedEx system states that my package was delivered and that if it was not, to contact him.
